OPENING HOURS

Swift opens one hour before the advertised start time for performances. Our Box Office is also open every Monday to Saturday, 10am - 2pm (excl. bank holidays).

BOOKING

Tickets can be purchased in person, by phone or online. For all box office enquiries please email info@swiftculturalcentre.ie

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available to purchase from our Box Office or CLICK HERE to purchase online. 

FEES

All card transactions are subject to a €1 fee (for in person and phone booking). All online bookings are subject to a €1 booking fee per ticket. Concessions are often available for seniors, students & children. See pricing information on individual events for further details.

RESERVATIONS

We do not reserve seats without payment in full. It is advisable to book tickets in advance of the performance to avoid disappointment.

REFUNDS

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the event is cancelled.

LATECOMERS

It is advisable to arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes before the performance is due to commence. Latecomers will not be allowed into the auditorium until an appropriate break in the performance. Please note that this may be at the interval.

CHILD SEATING

Children under 2 years can be seated on a parent or guardian’s knee during a performance. Any children over 2 years must occupy their own seat. An adult must accompany under 16’s.

ACCESS

Swift Cultural Centre is fully accessible with the auditorium accessed by a lift and staircase. Please contact the box office at info@swiftculturalcentre.ie with your specific requirements when booking tickets.

PARKING

Please note that Swift does not own or operate any parking facilities. The information about nearby parking facilities below is provided for patrons' convenience only.

On-street Pay Parking is in operation between the hours of 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Saturday (excl. bank holidays). The closest off-street parking to Swift is available at Haggard Street Car Park, James Griffin Pub Car Park on High Street, and Frenche’s Lane Car Park. Please note that you may be required to pay for parking. PARKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN SARSFIELD AVENUE AND THE RESIDENTIAL AREAS SURROUNDING SWIFT. PLEASE NOTE THAT GARDAÍ WILL BE ADVISED OF ILLEGALY PARKED CARS.
