Meath Made: A Touch Gold - Hand Painted Lettering and Gold Leaf

In this introductory workshop Meghan McDermott, a traditional signwriter and gilding artist, will guide you through the fundamentals of using gold leaf and hand painted lettering to create your own personalised artwork. We will talk through the materials and techniques from this traditional craft with each participant getting the chance to try out hand painted lettering and use gold leaf to create their own work of art.
